Buddy, Juli, Jim, Mark, Mike, & SU 🏀 🏀🏀🏀

Buddy, & Juli, & Jim...but I think Mark & Mike got some influence on those 3's hitting nuttin but net.

I miss listening to my hoop pals, teammates,  Muenchy & Fats ( I called him Mike) go back & forth about SU 🏀 & the strength & weaknesses of Boeheim as coach. V
They were the most  loyal SU fans, but more than that most proud fans of their families & children.
The Mark & Mary Muench family ; Brian, Chris, & Andrew
Chris, Patrick, & Molly Thornton
Joanne, Molly, & Michael Thornton.
RIP JoAnne & Michael.

I know I'm not the only person who always miss these guys when SU 🏀 goes on a deep run in March Madness. The best men that life had to offer.
🏀⛳🏌️❤️❤️

Mike & Mark ,
Please help Boeheim with the coaching strategy these next 4 games for Juli, Jim, & Buddy's sake. 👍👍

P.S My last memory with those two & I together , along with Mark Puccia( in photo with his wife , and Mary & Mark)
The Muenchs & The Puccias
was to an SU basketball game late in 2009 season. Mark M drove & myself, Mike, & Mark P were along for the ride. We had beers & a bite to eat at one of Muenchy favorite places . Then onto game, great seats. Who won ? I can't remember .

The ride to & from, sitting at the game with those 3, all 3 gone way way too young to cancer, hearing the critique & chatter was PRICELESS !!
GOD BLESS 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️🏀🏀🏀

M.C. Antil friend from Syracuse & SJFC chimed in;

Agreed to the highest degree, Tony. Wonderful tribute.
I'm going to the game on Saturday. Hinkle Arena. Gonna be looking for the ghosts of Coach Dale breaking down his colts and Shooter telling them to run the ol' picket fence and reminding them, "don't let the paint dry."
I'm guessing among those who'll be seated right there with me are the ghosts of two dear friends who I miss greatly as well.
Cheers!

Finally, my last words.
M.C.
Love it, those who don't follow M.C. perfectly worded basketball jargon, of Hinkle , need to watch Hoosiers some time this weekend. You'll quickly remember.
And Mark will pass it to Mike who will nail it from the corner, foul line, or drive to the hoop. Whatever needs to be done to put the ball in the hoop, he'll do it with his never ending grit & determination.
I'm sure he did the same in CYO, on the playgrounds, @ Ludden, in the Fisher gym, as he did with us on Thursday nights in Irondequoit, and most often with Mark on the wing, grinning & cheering.
