Damn, I'm Color Blind !!

Most colorblind people are men. NY JETS  vs BUFFALO BILLS - NOV 12, 2015 VIDEO COLOR BLIND VIEW Normal view. How I saw the game, quit watching after first quarter.  I'm colorblind, so is my brother. My maternal grandfather, Ben Greiner was colorblind. My mother carried the X chromosome for colorblindness that both my brother and I inherited.  Color blind test diagram.  I never knew I was colorblind until the 7th grade, I saw no number on some of the diagrams. The school nurse asked if I dressed myself, or if my mother laid out my clothes? I dressed myself. One in 12 men are colorblind, while only one in 200 women are. That’s due to the fact that the red-green variant of colorblindness (in which people have trouble telling red, green, and sometimes other shades apart) — which is by far the most common type — is usually passed down via genes located on the X chromosome. Men only have one X chromosome and women have two, and in women, both X chromosomes need to have th

The Vanishing Catholic Church

St. Christopher Church -- North Chili , NY In his Nov. 9 letter, Bishop Matano stated, “I now write to you today out of deep pastoral concern for the current situation at Saint Christopher Parish, namely the declining attendance at Mass and participation in the Church’s sacramental life, as well as the financial resources available to sustain a vibrant faith, alive and strong in the North Chili area.” VIABILITY OF ST. CHRISTOPHERS   🔗🔗 Unfortunately, this is becoming the trend, not the exception among Catholic Churches in the Diocese of Rochester. And across the country.  I , with my former wife spoke about sacrificial giving at St. Christopher's Parish in 1995. We gave our talk from the pulpit at each weekend Mass. In essence, we were sharing the importance of our faith in our lives. Each Mass was very well attended.  My old Pastor and friend at St. Paul's Church in Webster, Fr. Ray Booth spoke very highly of his time at St. Christopher's. He was pastor there

BUFFALO GOOD SAMARITAN  🔗🔗 LUKE 10 :25-37 25 And behold, a lawyer stood up and put Him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” 26 And He said to him, “What is written in the Law? How does it read to you?” 27 And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God [c]with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.” 28 And He said to him, “You have answered correctly; do this and you will live.” 29 But wanting to justify himself, he said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” THE GOOD SAMARITAN  30 Jesus replied and said, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he encountered robbers, and they stripped him and beat him, and went away leaving him half dead. 31 And by coincidence a priest was going down on that road, and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. 32 Likewise a Levite also, when he came to the place and saw him, pa

Believe you're good !! SHOUT BUFFALO !!  Damar & his Buffalo Bills teammates, didn't stop believing that he was going to get better! 🙏👍🏈 I've been going to college, or residing in Bills territory ever since fall of '76. The Bills' preseason training camp has been at my alma mater St. John Fisher University (formerly a college until last July) since 2000. In all those years, I have never bought or worn any Bills attire, until this past Friday. Ask my friends, my family, I am a very very loyal person especially to my sports teams, in good times &  bad . The NY Jets have really tested my loyalty this past decade, but I continue to root, cheer,  and defend them. I really don't know any Jet fans who have defected to another team, they are as committed and loyal to Gang Green as I. In the good times, SB III, the Parcels years, and yes the two years Rex Ryan took the NYJ to the AFC championship game. And the bad times ; Rich Kotite, Bruce Coslet , Eric Mangi
