Thomas Remembering Dad from his funeral & burial from 9 years ago. When a person dies, it isn't the cars they drove, nor the wealth they accumulated, nor the buildings they owned, etc. It's the family they were part of, and the friendships forged that can best sum up a man's life.  Many, many of Anthony J. Schmitt Jr.'s family & friends paid tribute 9 years ago, either with cards, phone calls, visits to  White's funeral home, or at his funeral Mass ✝️🙏 at St Kilians RC Church in Farmingdale, NY. I was touched by & will always value those who took the time to acknowledge Dad's life. Also, I will always  value my personal friends, from elementary school, from high school, from college, my former work colleagues, and my friends from everyday life who also paid tribute to my fath
