Depression, work, hard, SUCKS !

Love em' Don't ignore 'em lπŸ”—πŸ”—

It was so very hard for me. At different times I was on the road away from home, either by plane or by car. I was like a recluse in my hotel room in the evenings. I  struggled trying to be on my "A" game and learning new concepts. I thought I was going crazy, I literally was. It's hard to explain to those who have never experienced depression.

At one point, I did take a leave of absence from work for health reasons. I was gone four weeks and attended a health clinic on a daily basis, 5 days a week.  I returned to work, much too soon, because I was afraid of the stigma. I should have taken another few weeks off as I still struggled. You are not cured in 4 short weeks.  Not even close.

Don't be afraid to seek help.

DEPRESSION @ WORK
