IT WAS A TUESDAY IN MARCH '58

A lot of very good life packed into 68 years, thank you for being along for a few , many, or lots lots of those years !! 🎂 🎈 The journey ( like all of ours) has been happy, sad, smooth, rough, some despair, lots of hope, full of wealth earned, wealth lost, lots of fun, more friends, & forever grateful !!

Some of us  on the evening of March 11, 2026  ( wherever) @ 7PM EST, 6 PM CST, 5pm MST, 4PM PST hoisted a drink of our choice, beer, wine, bourbon, martini, tea, coffee, old fashioned, to my parents Pat & Tony, and thanked them for giving me the blessed life I have! Thank you. 
 Btw, my Mom made many of those Birthday cakes & if you tasted her baking sweets, you most likely had a second slice. 😃 

& those of my Fisher mates, I only found out at Phil Kahlers funeral service that Ramona Santorelli (SJFC classmate) & I were born on the same day. Ramona at Plainview Hospital on LI , & I 5 minutes away at Mid-Island Hospital in Bethpage.  We both played some basketball 🏀 for PK. 

Hey you , !! Thx for thr bday card, text, email... today..I hope you celebrated w me @ 7pm & celebrated my Mom & Dad for giving me a wonderful life, & no end has been written. 
Today
Went to Mass, received a Eucharist to share w Wayne B in hospice care. First stooped for breakfast at Landmark Restaurant. A surprise,   I ran into Fr. Phil & Bob Jones . I had breakfast with them , mostly my treat.

 Then onto Advent House & share God's gospel & reflection with Wayne ,75, a man of immense faith. Then he received Jesus Christ in the form of Holy Eucharist. Very powerful, knowing this could be the last time Wayne professes his faith in Holy Eucharist. ✝️. Please include Wayne & his family in prayer.
Whoa... Quick stop at Wegmans, then some college hoops. Jamesons, dinner, & a few L&O episodes ( Francher knows I'm addicted to Dick Wolf's tv police dramas), some more 🏀. I talked to a pal from Chicago, MC, our interest level in D1 sports is shrinking....shrinking. And he even revently wrote a very good basketball book. NIL $$$. 
AGAIN CHEER TO Ma & Pa. AND TO YOU ALL ❤️

Yes,,and the other guy is Steve Tierney.  That was 2018, and i haven't seen, nor spoken with either since.
